Step by Step

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a mixing bowl, add chocolate, oats, pumpkin seeds, and coconut flakes. Mix lightly with a spoon.

  • Add the peanut butter into the mixture. Then sprinkle the stevia liquid over the mixture and stir everything together. 

  • Spread the oat mixture evenly onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 min. Remove from the over and let it cool.

  • Serve with Greek yogurt.
