Step by Step

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Place the catfish fillet on a nonstick baking sheet, or in a nonstick pan with an oven-proof handle. Season with ground paprika, curry powder, and ground black pepper. Slice the Brussel sprouts and add close to the fish. Drizzle over with olive oil, and bake in the oven for approximately 15-20 min.

Meanwhile cook the rice according to the package directions.

Serve baked catfish and Brussel sprouts with cooked rice on a plate.

Top with a slice of lemon and chopped parsley.
