Train Like A Model

Taking care of your body is a big part of modeling. You have to train and eat for the body you want. Food and exercise together shape the body, they are not independent of each other. I will work with you in both areas to help you reach your goals. As being a model is all about aesthetics and not athletics, my fitness moves will be tweaked to really chisel the abs, thighs, and butt while make you stronger and faster. Wanting to sculpt or change the way your body looks is a totally legitimate goal and a personal choice, but when setting your sights on a "model body" know that it takes a crazy amount of work.


Tailored Programming

You are a unique individual. I'll meet you where you are now, and rise you up to where you want to be. There is no “one size fits all” workout of the day. I will coach you through the fitness process while educating you on how your body functions optimally to maximize desired results and prevent injury.

Women's Strength

Knowing what truly works for a woman, I will design a strength training program that will bring out definition and get you stronger but will not increase bulk. Based on your goals, lifestyle, medical history, and previous injuries, combined with a sensible diet and a serving of aerobics, I will get you to where you want to be. 


Men's Strength

Shed your weakness and come out stronger. Work with me to assess exactly where your weaknesses are, and then build a foundation of strength, eliminate your weaknesses, and build muscle. Pump up your endorphins,  reduce negative effects of stress, increase your confidence, and just feel and look good. 

Pre & Post Natal

Carrying a baby in your belly or a newborn is intensely exhausting and time consuming ; Create a life-long habit for being physically active & healthy.

  • Stave off maternal obesity and pregnancy complications

  • Strengthen the core, maintain strength in the back musculature to reduce the risk of back pain

  • Improve your mental health and enhance your energy levels


Fat Loss & Muscle Tone

Evaluate your current physical state and envision the goal which you will try to achieve, decide to transform your body. The success of your transformation depends only on you - How much you want it and how hard you are ready to work. Work with me and I will help you find your way and transform your body into your new you. 

Youth Training

Physical exercise is important to teenagers because it helps maintain their physical and mental health. Working out regularly encourages the body's production of endorphins, chemicals that improve mood. Exercise reduces the risk of depression, increases self-esteem, builds self-confidence and promotes restful sleep. It also enhances thinking and learning skills and may improve school performance.


Rehabilitation Training

Are you diagnosed with an illness that makes it difficult for you to move or causes constant pain? Are you coming back from a physical injury such as knee surgery or hip replacement? ​In rehabilitation training, programming is completely customised to each client.  We are able to blend rehabilitation (or prevention) needs with general training goals such as fitness and weight management if required. 

HIIT Classes

Challenge your body to perform to the max! Cardio conditioning based on speed and agility drills, plyometrics, circuit training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and tabata-style. Strength training with the barbell and/or your body weight along with intense core focus rounds out this cardio-crushed, fat-burning class. 


Build & Burn Bootcamps

All Build & Burn Bootcamp workouts can be modified up or down, so our high-intensity strength and cardio workouts will push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey. You’ll gain discipline that transcends fitness and maximizes the quality of your life.

Team Building / Corporate Bootcamps

Team building activity is one way to get your staff working together and to their potential. It improves communication, collaboration, productivity, and it also improves morale and motivation. Through the tasks and exercises in a team building program, participants will learn more about each other. They will learn strengths, weaknesses, capabilities and fears, with these learnings contributing to a deeper relationship and trust amongst team members.
