Step by Step

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, salt, and ground black pepper.

Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet and brush half of the butter mixture over salmon.

Add green beans and potatoes to a bowl. Drizzle with the remaining butter mixture and mix well.

Arrange green beans and potatoes around salmon and bake for about 20 min.
