Step by Step

​

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, salt, and ground black pepper. 

  • Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet and brush half of the butter mixture over salmon. 

  • Add green beans and potatoes to a bowl. Drizzle with the remaining butter mixture and mix well. 

  • Arrange green beans and potatoes around salmon and bake for about 20 min.
