Step by Step

Place egg in a bottom of a saucepan. Fill the saucepan with cold water, 1 in/ 2.5cm above the egg.

Bring the water to a boil over high heat. As soon as the water begins to boil, turn off the heat and cover the pot. Leave the egg in the to water for anywhere from 8-10 min, depending on how you like your egg.

Toast the bread, if desired.

Spread the cream cheese over the bread. Top with salmon, sliced egg, and sprinkle with dill.
