Buckwheat Salad with Feta Cheese

Step by Step

Cook the buckwheat according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

Add eggs to a saucepan, cover with cold water. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and boil for 8-10 min.

Wash spinach and arugula under cold water, drain. Add to a bowl and mix with the cooled buckwheat. Add cubed feta cheese on top.

Peel and cut the boiled eggs in half, transfer in a bowl with prepared buckwheat salad. Season with salt, and ground black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
