Step by Step

  • Onto tortilla shell, spread pesto sauce. Add grated cheese, nutritional yeast, and kidney beans. Fold the tortilla shell over,

  • In a frying pan or griddle, heat olive oil.

  • Place the tortilla shell in the pan on the heated oil. Cook on both sides until golden and crispy.
