Step by Step

Cook rice according to the package directions.

Meanwhile, chop chicken in to small pieces. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 5-6 min on each side.

Add vegetables to a steamer (or you can use a pot with a metal strainer or colander) and steam for about 10 min or until tender.

Serve rice, chicken and steamed vegetables on a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
