Step by Step

​

  • Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper. and Italian seasoning.

  • Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Pour the egg whites mixture into the skillet. Top with spinach, sweet corn, sprinkle with feta cheese and cook or 4-6 min until everything is cooked through. When it is done, fold over the omelet and serve o n a plate with bread aside.
