Step by Step

  • Heat your pan to medium-high heat and spray with non-fat cooking spray.

  • Slice your tilapia fillet into long strips, and lightly salt it. Whisk your egg, and pour your flour onto a plate. 

  • Roll your fish finger strips in the flour and then in egg.

  • Bake for 5 min on each side or until light brown.
