Step by Step

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add onion and cook for 3-4 min until the onion softens.

Meanwhile season fish with smoked paprika, salt, ground black pepper, chili powder, and drizzle with lemon juice. Grill fish in the pan with onion for 5 min or until flaky but not dry.

Add spinach into the pan and fry for 1 min more, then add drained and washed beans. Let it warm through gently, then season to taste.

Spoon the bean and spinach mixture from the pan onto a plate, then carefully top with the fish and garnish with parsley.
