Step by Step

Mash some blackberries (leave some for serving) with a fork and mix with half of the soy yogurt.

In a jar layer the ingredients: add soy yogurt mixed with blackberries, then add a layer of oats, the rest of soy yogurt, and another layer of oatrs.

Leave in a fridge for 1hr or overnight.

Serve with remaining blackberries on top.
