Donnar is a true fitness professional. She helped me define my health and fitness goals and designed a workout plan to meet them. She carefully adapts the sessions according to my energy levels and surroundings (gym, home, outdoors etc), whilst always pushing me to improve. We trained in person but also via zoom, which helped me stay consistent whilst travelling - and I kept on training with her even after moving abroad. Bonus is her good mood and fun personality!

I really enjoy my workouts with Donnar. She's truly focused on teaching me different skills and techniques whilst explaining to me how each combination works. She consistently comes up with different workouts in different locations, especially being innovative with chairs and tables (when weights or machines are not available). More importantly, I am much stronger and healthier then I've ever been. With my gynae's support and into my ninth month of pregnancy... We're still training regularly, and my friends are surprised on how glorious I look. I'm now even more excited for our sessions to continue after my delivery.
